The eServices Quality Assessment Software Development Challenge aims to encourage individual developers to create innovative software solutions (Dashboard) that facilitate the assessment of the quality of eServices in J&K. This contest provides a platform for developers to showcase their skills and contribute to improving the user experience of online services.

Eligibility:
1. Open to individual developers of all levels.
2. Participants must have the technical skills required to develop software solutions.
3. Participants must register on the jkmyGov portal to participate.
How to Participate:
Step 1: Registration (Week 1)
a) Visit the jkmyGov portal and create an account (if not already registered).
b) Navigate to the Do section and find the "eServices Quality Assessment Software Development Challenge."
c) Click on the "Register" button to officially enter the contest.
Step 2: Synopsis Submission (Week 1)
After registration, participants will have one week to prepare a synopsis of their software solution. The synopsis should include an overview of the proposed solution, its key features, and how it addresses the eServices quality assessment.
Submit the synopsis through an email provided on the contest page.
Step 3: Solution Development (Week 2-3)
a) Once the synopsis is submitted and approved, participants will have two weeks to develop their software solution.
b) The solution should be designed to assess the quality of various eServices available on the eunnat website.
c) Participants can use any programming language, framework, or technology stack of their choice.
Step 4: Solution Submission (Week 3)
a) Participants must submit their developed software solution by the end of the third week.
b) The submission should include the source code, documentation, presentation framework and any necessary installation instructions.
Step 5: Presentation and Live Demonstration (Week 4)
a) Shortlisted participants will be notified through email to prepare for the presentation and live demonstration.
b) Participants will present their solutions to the selection committee, highlighting their features, functionality, and benefits.
c) Live demonstration of the software's capabilities will be an essential part of the evaluation process.
