Encourage participants to submit photographs capturing G20 landscapes in J&K in a creative and engaging way to capture the essence and impact of this important international role. The photographs can have specific categories like cultures, traditions, Tourism or people and relevance to the G20 theme.
Selection Criteria
1.Each entry should include the following:
a. A maximum of one (1) photograph
b. Caption for each photograph (not more than six words per caption)
c. Location (State/District/City)
d. Date Clicked (dd/mm/yyyy Format)
2. Each photograph should be less than 5 MB and downloadable in JPG format only. The photograph orientation can be either landscape or portrait.
3. The entry should be original and not have been previously published in any print or digital media.
4. The entry should not include copyrighted or trademarked images and logos.
5. Selfies will be disqualified from the competition.
The last date of submission is 22nd June 2023
Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open only to residents of India.
2. The entry must be original, not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and must not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party.
3. The entry must not contain provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
4. The winning entries would be the intellectual property of the IT Department, J&K, and the winners shall not exercise any right over it.
5. The winning entries may be used by the IT Department for promotional/ or display purposes, IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials, and for any other use as may be deemed appropriate.
6. The name/title/caption of the photograph(s) should be original and must not infringe on the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.
7. MyGov reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this Contest and/ or Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the Contest’s cancellation will be updated/ posted on the MyGov platform. It would be the participant’s responsibility to keep themself informed of any changes in the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.
8. The participant should ensure that their MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this will be used for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
9. All the entries received by MyGov would be assessed by a committee of judges for selecting the entries/logos. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding.
10. Entries would be judged based on elements of creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit, and visual impact and how well they communicate the need to be reflected.
