Patriotic Song Singing Competition 2024
Under the “Hamara Sankalp Viksit Bharat”, the Department of Information and Public Relations proposes “Patriotic Song Singing Competition 2024” via online mode from 18th January 2024 to 23th January 2024. The terms of eligibility and other conditions/ procedure being proposed are as under:

Category:

Individual:
i) Between 13-18 years of age
ii) Above 18 years of age

Group :

Eligibility:
● Minimum age of participants must be 13 years
● Individual or group members must be Domicile of J&K
● The individual/ group members should be eligible in respective category

Selection Procedure:

The Department of Information and Public relations will create a Google link for submission of entries eligible individuals and groups will submit their entries via this link.

A video file, preferably HD, of Patriotic Song needs to be uploaded by 23rd January 2024 on the created link:

A district level committee comprising of District Information Officer, District Cultural Unit under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner is proposed to be constituted for scanning the entries at District Level.

District level winners in all the three categories will be scrutinized at Division level. A Division Level Committee comprising of Cultural Officer, Joint Directorate , The Representative of J&K Academy of Art & Culture and Languages & Directorate School Education under the supervision of Divisional Commissioner, will be constituted to scan the entries at Division Level.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The Individual/ Group members should be Domicile of J&K.
2. Minimum age of the participant must be 13 years for any category
3. The Individual/ Group members should be eligible as per the relevant category.
4. All entries must be submitted on the provided link. Entries submitted through any other mode will not be considered for evaluation.
5. A Video file preferably HD of Patriotic Song need to be uploaded and will not exceed more than 2 minutes.
6. The participant should ensure that his/her profile submitted on provided link is accurate and updated, as organizers would use this for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, and phone number.
7. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
8. DIPR reserve the right to reject any entry that does not feel is suitable or appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.
9. By sending the entries, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, DIPR reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions
The Department of Information & Public Relations will do wider publicity of the entire program via print, social and AV Mediums.

Cash Awards: At both division levels in all the three categories

First Prize: Rs 15000/-
Second Prize: Rs 10000/-
Third Prize: Rs. 5000/-
