International Yoga Day Selfie Contest

Join the vibrant JKMyGov community and participate in our exciting Yoga Selfie contest! In the frame of every ‘Yoga Selfie’, lies a story of personal growth and serenity. This initiative celebrates the individual journey through yoga, capturing moments of achievement, peace, and self-discovery. Share your yoga milestones with the world and inspire a movement of wellness and self-care

How to Participate:
1. Register in www.jk.mygov.in website with mobile or email address.
2. Participate in the Yoga Day Selfie contest.
3. Take a Yoga selfie; children can get help from elders.

5. Include elements like favorite Yoga poses or community Yoga events.

Eligibility:
1. Open to all residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
2. Participants of all age groups are encouraged to share their Yoga selfies.

Submission Guidelines:
1. Image Format: Landscape or Portrait orientation.in JPEG/PNG/PDF
2. Participants to share their name, contact and email details along with image submissions.

Evaluation Criteria:
1. Relevance: How well the selfie aligns with the “Yoga for Wellness” theme.
2. Impact: Emotional and inspirational impact of the selfie.
3. Quality: Image quality of the selfie.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Each participant may submit only one image.
2. The competition is open only to residents of J&K.
3. The image must be original, not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and must not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party.
4. The entry must not contain provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
5. The winning entries would be the intellectual property of the Information Technology Department; J&K and the winners shall not exercise any right over it.
6. The winning entries may be used by the IT Department, J&K for promotional/ or display purposes, IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials, and for any other use as may be deemed appropriate.
7. MyGov reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this Contest and/ or Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the Contest’s cancellation will be updated/ posted on the MyGov platform. It would be the participant’s responsibility to keep themselves informed of any changes in the Terms and Conditions/Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.
8. The participant should ensure that their MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this will be used for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
9. All the entries received by MyGov would be assessed by a committee for selecting the entries. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding.
10. Entries will be evaluated on their creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit, visual impact, and effectiveness in conveying the intended message.
