To transform a saying about India being a sports-loving country rather than a sports playing country, there is still a long way to go toward developing and flourishing its sports infrastructure. In every state and district of the country, there is an immediate need for creating a sporting cult based on individual involvement.

After so many years of winning medals at major tournaments like the Olympics, World Cups, and others, it is clear that something is still missing in our preparation. A careful look at this issue has revealed that Indian sports are hindered by a lack of proper coaching as well as a lack of sports infrastructure.

The youth make up a large part of the population in India, as well as Jammu & Kashmir, which can be considered the basis for India's potential market. There is a dire need for the government of Jammu & Kashmir to entice more young entrepreneurs to begin investing in the Indian sports sector amid such a rapidly growing market. Through these Young Turks, the government is opening up new doors for some types of non-conventional business and enabling them to contribute to India's GDP.

To enhance the J&K sports sector and its infrastructure, the government invites citizens to share their ideas and suggestions on the following topics:-
a. Graduating sports sector as an industry.
b. Promotion of Sports sector education program.
c. Monetary assistance to the sports based firms
d. Giving a boost to R&D in the sports sector

The last date of submission is 30th November 2022.

There are lot of things needed to be done for the sports:
1. Make PE/sports compulsory upto HSE level.
2. Develop stadiums both indoor and outdoor in every tehsil or block.
3. Open institutions/academies dedicated to sports only.
4. Conduct tournaments across all sports on tehsil and district levels.
5. Reward the top performers adequately to attract youth.
6. Make it compulsory for all government and private schools to have stadiums and sports equipment with enough staff for sports and PE

Investors expect security and profit.National level investor conference, fairs should be held to promote the interests of Kashmiri sports industry and entrepreneurs. The state government should set up stalls for the sports goods of the state of Jammu and Kashmir in the exhibitions held all over India. The state government should regularly discuss with the athletes and entrepreneurs.  to find out their grievances and suggestions and provide facilities..

Development of sports fields in Jammu and Kashmir requires huge private investments.
Private investments may be allowed only in an optimal way considering the prevailing situation of the state.100% Kashmiri youth should be able to benefit.
Generous private participation in setting up infrastructure, imparting world-class training etc. is welcome.Arrangements can be made to train the youth of the state in private centers with the financial contribution of the state government.

Sports Villages should be developed with infrastructure for sports competitions.

To improve sports, separate educational institutes should create curriculum. Apart from mother tongue and official language, other subjects such as sports maths, sports science, sports social, and ethics should be conducted.
The curriculum should not exclude students from the world of sports.

Foods and exercises that strengthen the mind and body should be provided.
