पंचायत के जमीनी स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य के लिए प्लास्टिक हैज़र्ड के बारे में प्रशिक्षण पंचायत के जमीनी स्तर पर। जैसे आशा कार्यकर्ता प्रोत्साहन उन लोगों के समूह को दिया जाना चाहिए जो रंग कोडित कूड़ेदानों में उचित अलगाव को शिक्षित और सुनिश्चित कर सकते हैं।
इन कूड़ेदानों को स्थापित किया जाना चाहिए और विभिन्न अपशिष्ट पृथक्करण के पोस्टर प्रदर्शित किए जाने चाहिए

भारत सरकार द्वारा प्लास्टिक उपयोग के एक्ट के तहत सिंगल प्लास्टिक का जुलाई 2022 से पसिंगल प्लास्टिक पर जुलाई 2022 से रोक लगाई गई है।J& K विधानसभा मे सिंगल प्लास्टिक के उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध लगाने हेतु कानून बनाना व विघालयो मे शिक्षको को पाबंद किया जाये कि समस्त बच्चों को सिंगल प्लास्टिक उपयोग की हानियाँ बताते हुए इसके उपयोग पर रोक लगाने हेतु प्रेरित करना चाहिए।

Training about plastic Hazzard for health at panchayat grass root level under supervision of panchat .like asha workers incentives should be given to group of people who can further educate & ensure proper segregation in color coded dust bins
These dust bins should be installed & posters of different waste seggregation should be displayed
