Sir, we must work together to plant more trees and avoid using plastics. We should use soil vartan, cup and steel vartan in daily routine life. It is also important to limit the use of non-renewable resources to our future generations for better environment and earth is the only planet that can sustain life. As is stated rightfully that charity begins at home. In the same fashion when each and every government employee is strongly stressed to say bye to polythene, things would move in a positive direction. Else it's all a mere saying

Need to be aware other peoples about harms caused by plastic and also suggesting them to no use single plastic as it also effects the soil and leads to soil pollution and in water causes water pollution on burning it emit poisonous gases strict steps should be adopted and proper guidelines should given to people and may tried to ban single use plastic

Need to organise campaign like say no to plastic in schools, colleges, villages etc . If any one found to use of plastic should be fined.Fine should be approximately 500 . Administration have to choose some peoples in every village who have the responsibility to organise these camps ... Govt also need to check village by village .

Need to put more responsibility on local govt.
In rural areas sarpanch and panch must take responsibility to minimise the use of polythene and to ensure that no plastic bags should be thrown on water bodies or on roadsides. Village shopkeeper should be fined for the use of polythene bags.
Some kind quick action team should be framed for preventing the use of polythene bags.
