Description: Jammu Kashmir ka Swachhta Song
The Information Technology Department under the UT of Jammu and Kashmir proudly presents " Jammu Kashmir ka Swachhta Song Contest " a unique online event that encourages participants to compose and perform original songs promoting cleanliness and hygiene. These songs, lasting no more than two minutes, can be in regional languages as well, celebrating the cultural diversity of Jammu and Kashmir while spreading the vital message of Swachh Jammu Kashmir. This contest aims to harness the power of music to inspire and mobilize communities toward a cleaner and healthier nation.

Submission Guidelines:
1. Participants are requested to fill complete details i.e name, mobile, email ID etc.
2. All youth and college students of Universities in J&K above age of 13 years are eligible to participate.
3. Songs must be original compositions focused on themes of cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Participants should submit a video or audio recording of their performance.
5. Each submission must include a brief description of the song and its message.
6. Participants can submit up to three songs.
7. The songs can be in any regional language of Jammu and Kashmir and must not exceed two minutes in duration
8. The best three entries will be selected and the candidates will be felicitated.
9. The length of the song should not be more than 2 minutes and shall be submitted in mp3, WAV, mp4 formats only.
10. The entries will be evaluated based on their novelty of contribution, originality of thought, and ability to stimulate interest.

Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open only to the residents of J&K.
2. The entry must be original, not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and must not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party.
3. The entry must not contain provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
4. The winning entries would be the intellectual property of the Information Technology Department; J&K and the winners shall not exercise any right over it.
5. The winning entries may be used by the IT Department, J&K for promotional/ or display purposes, IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials, and for any other use as may be deemed appropriate.
6. The name/title/caption of the file should be original and must not infringe on the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.
7. MyGov reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this Contest and/ or Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the Contest’s cancellation will be updated/ posted on the MyGov platform. It would be the participant’s responsibility to keep themselves informed of any changes in the Terms and Conditions/Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.
8. The participant should ensure that their MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this will be used for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
9. Entries would be judged based on elements of creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit, and visual impact and how well they communicate the need to be reflected.

Rewards: Top 3 winners will be awarded with e-certificates
