Selection Criteria
Each entry should include the following:
a) A maximum of 02 songs per participant is allowed
b) Timelines for song is 2 to 3 minutes (maximum)
c) Participants from all age groups are invited to participate
d) Location (State/District/City)
e) Language should be English/Hindi and Urdu.
f) Each song File should be less than 5 MB and downloadable in mp3 or mp4 format only
g) Participants can share google drive or any downloadable link to share song.
h) The entry should be original and in their own voice.
i) The entry should not include copyrighted or trademarked content.
j) Entries other than mp3 or mp4 i.e. irrelevant audio files will be disqualified from the competition.
Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open only to residents of J&K.
2. The entry must be original, not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and must not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party.
3. The entry must not contain provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
4. The winning entries would be the intellectual property of the Information Technology Department; J&K and the winners shall not exercise any right over it.
5. The winning entries may be used by the IT Department of J&K for promotional/ or display purposes, IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials, and for any other use as may be deemed appropriate.
6. The name/title/caption of the file should be original and must not infringe on the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.
7. MyGov reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this Contest and/ or Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the Contest’s cancellation will be updated/ posted on the MyGov platform. It would be the participant’s responsibility to keep themselves informed of any changes in the Terms and Conditions/Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.
8. The participant should ensure that their MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this will be used for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
9. All the entries received by MyGov would be assessed by a committee of judges for selecting the entries/logos. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding.
10. Entries would be judged based on elements of creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit, and visual impact and how well they communicate the need to be reflected.
Last date of submission is 19th February 2024
Rewards
Ten (10) best entries shall be rewarded with ₹1500/- each and e-certificates.
