The District Administration Udhampur invites students, youth, and citizens to participate in the Nasha Mukt Udhampur Painting Competition. This initiative aims to promote awareness against drug abuse through creative expression and encourage participants to envision a healthy, drug-free society.

Theme
“Say No to Drugs – Choose Life, Choose Health”
Objective
To sensitize participants about the harmful effects of substance abuse and inspire them to contribute towards building a drug-free Udhampur through art.
Eligibility
• Open to all (No age bar)
Submission Guidelines
1. Entries may be hand-drawn or digital paintings.
2. File format: JPG / PNG – HD format.
3. Maximum file size: 10 MB.
4. Content may be in any language.
5. Only original artwork will be accepted.
6. One entry per participant.

Content Guidelines
• Artwork should reflect anti-drug messages, healthy lifestyles, or social awareness.
• Content must promote a positive, drug-free society.
• Political, commercial, offensive, or objectionable content is prohibited.
• Artwork must not violate copyright or intellectual property rights.

Terms and Conditions
• District Administration Udhampur reserves the right to use submitted entries for awareness campaigns with due credit.
• Entries violating guidelines or containing plagiarised content will be disqualified.
Rewards
• Top five entries will be awarded cash prizes and certificates as follows:
• 1st Prize: ₹5,000
• 2nd Prize: ₹4,000
• 3rd Prize: ₹3,000
• 4th Prize: ₹2,000
• 5th Prize: ₹1,000
• Prizes will be awarded subject to verification of entries and adherence to contest guidelines.
