Digital Graffiti Design Competition for District Udhampur

Description:
District Administration Udhampur in collaboration with JK MyGov, is pleased to announce a design competition for the Digital Graffiti Design Competition depicting the Rich & Diverse Heritage of District Udhampur.
The purpose of this competition is to conceptualize & create a unique Graffiti Design for District Udhampur representing the diverse cultural features of District Udhampur, with a special focus on the distinctive and unique art, craft, culture, and natural landscapes
Design Specifications:
a. The design should include elements that symbolize District Udhampur’s rich cultural heritage and diverse geographical landscape as well as a treasure trove of unique art and crafts together.
b. Colors and typography used in the logo should be suitable for both digital and print media.
c. The design should be easily recognizable and memorable.
d. The design should work well in both color and black-and-white versions.
Rewards:
a) The winner will receive a cash prize of INR 5,000/- along with a certificate of recognition.
b) Runner-up will receive a cash prize of INR 3,000/- along with a certificate of recognition.
c) 2nd Runner-up will receive a cash prize of INR 2,000/- along with a certificate of recognition.
Selection Process:
A designated committee from the District Administration Udhampur will evaluate the designs and select the winning and runner-up entries.
The decision of the committee will be final and binding.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to all Indian citizens, regardless of their age and profession.
2. Submission Guidelines:
a) Each participant can submit only one entry.
b) The design must be original and should not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
c) The design should be in a digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) and should be easily scalable.
d) The design should be visually appealing, conceptually meaningful, and also represent the essence of District’s rich culture and geographical diversity.
e) The participant shall also submit the rationale behind the concept of the design.

4. Submission Process:
● Participants must submit their designs on the JK My Gov portal only.
5. Ownership and Usage:
a. By participating in the competition, participants agree to assign the ownership rights of the submitted logo design to District Administration Udhampur.
b. District Administration Udhampur reserves the right to modify, adapt, or use the design for any promotional or marketing purposes associated.
c. Participants will not claim any royalties or compensation for the usage of their layout design, apart from the recognition received for winning the competition.
6. Submission Deadline:
The submission deadline for the logo competition is 10th September 2023. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
