भारत को खेल खेलने वाले देश के बजाय एक खेल-प्रेमी देश के रुप में बदलाव की कहावत को चरितार्थ करने के लिए, अपने खेल के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को विकसित करने की दिशा में अभी भी एक लंबा रास्ता तय करना है। देश के प्रत्येक राज्य और जिले में व्यक्तिगत भागीदारी के आधार पर एक खेल रुपी बुनियादी ढ़ांचा बनाने की तत्काल आवश्यकता है।
ओलम्पिक, विश्व कप और अन्य प्रमुख टूर्नामेंटों में पदक जीतने के इतने वर्षों के बाद भी यह स्पष्ट है कि हमारी तैयारी में अभी भी कुछ कमी है। इस विषय को ध्यान से देखने से पता चलता है कि भारतीय खेल उचित कोचिंग की कमी के साथ-साथ खेल के बुनियादी ढांचे की कमी से भी वंचित हैं।
युवा भारत में जम्मू और कश्मीर की एक बड़ी आबादी का हिस्सा भारत की ताकत का प्रतिनिधित्व माना जाता है। आज के दौर में तेजी से बढ़ते भारतीय बाजार के बीच भारतीय खेल क्षेत्र में निवेश शुरू करने के लिए और अधिक युवा उद्यमियों को लुभाने के लिए जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार के प्रयासों की सख्त जरूरत है। यंग तुर्क के माध्यम से सरकार कुछ प्रकार के गैर-पारंपरिक व्यवसायों के लिए नए दरवाजे खोल रही है और उन्हें भारत की जीडीपी में योगदान करने में सक्षम बना रही है।
जम्मू-कश्मीर के खेल क्षेत्र और इसके बुनियादी ढांचे को विकसित करने के लिए, सरकार नागरिकों से निम्नलिखित विषयों पर विचार और सुझाव साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करती है:-
• खेल क्षेत्र को एक उद्योग के रूप में प्रोत्साहन
• खेल क्षेत्र शिक्षा कार्यक्रम को बढ़ावा
• खेल आधारित फर्मों को मौद्रिक सहायता
• खेल क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान एवं विकास को बढ़ावा

खेल मनोरंजन के साथ साथ केरियर और ब्यवशाय के भी साधन है खेल को प्रराम्भिक शिक्षा के साथ शुरु करना चाहिए हर स्कुल और काॅलेज मे ईसको एक सबजेक्ट के रुप मेचलाना चाहिए जिससे खेल के प्रति जागरुक्ता बढेगी

As you know the drug abuse is not only a medical problem it is a socioeconomic, religious and medical therefore it cannot be crubed by just medical management or law enforcement everybody needs to come forward to help out if we want to save our new generation. I have been conducting awareness programmes on drug abuse prevention and control since 2017 in various schools and colleges of DistriPct Bandipora but if any govt agencies or NGO is working in this sector plz come forward we can do a lot.

In the last two years, J&K athletes have proved their mettle. While Arif Khan represented India at the Winter Olympics in Beijing, Sadia Tariq won India a gold medal at the Moscow Wushu Championship. Bilquis Mir, Director of water sports, also became the first Kashmiri woman to be a judge at the Olympics. And in the IPL, Umraan Malik has also made his name by being the fastest bowler in India.Jammu and Kashmir has enough talent and needs proper direction and a platform.

Dear sir.
We must understand the power of sports .when a student take keen interest in sports then his mind doesn't allow him to think about bad evils like drugs etc.
In our UT their are sufficient space, stadium are available butour willingness to do sports is laking.
Parents must check andspend some time with their wards to playalong any his favourite game .
It will also kept a person away from mobile phone activities . media may also encourage sports under CSR

Please provide Resources and funds to panchayats directly to promote sports infrastructure in local panchayats which is not done in last four years only khelo India scheme launched but not implemented on ground level yet.

Giving a boost to R & D IN THE SPORTS sectors is one of the most vital part where the infrastructure chan ges if we all work all together in a combo as a whole for the development of the state and for the growth of the country.
