भारत को खेल खेलने वाले देश के बजाय एक खेल-प्रेमी देश के रुप में बदलाव की कहावत को चरितार्थ करने के लिए, अपने खेल के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को विकसित करने की दिशा में अभी भी एक लंबा रास्ता तय करना है। देश के प्रत्येक राज्य और जिले में व्यक्तिगत भागीदारी के आधार पर एक खेल रुपी बुनियादी ढ़ांचा बनाने की तत्काल आवश्यकता है।
ओलम्पिक, विश्व कप और अन्य प्रमुख टूर्नामेंटों में पदक जीतने के इतने वर्षों के बाद भी यह स्पष्ट है कि हमारी तैयारी में अभी भी कुछ कमी है। इस विषय को ध्यान से देखने से पता चलता है कि भारतीय खेल उचित कोचिंग की कमी के साथ-साथ खेल के बुनियादी ढांचे की कमी से भी वंचित हैं।
युवा भारत में जम्मू और कश्मीर की एक बड़ी आबादी का हिस्सा भारत की ताकत का प्रतिनिधित्व माना जाता है। आज के दौर में तेजी से बढ़ते भारतीय बाजार के बीच भारतीय खेल क्षेत्र में निवेश शुरू करने के लिए और अधिक युवा उद्यमियों को लुभाने के लिए जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार के प्रयासों की सख्त जरूरत है। यंग तुर्क के माध्यम से सरकार कुछ प्रकार के गैर-पारंपरिक व्यवसायों के लिए नए दरवाजे खोल रही है और उन्हें भारत की जीडीपी में योगदान करने में सक्षम बना रही है।
जम्मू-कश्मीर के खेल क्षेत्र और इसके बुनियादी ढांचे को विकसित करने के लिए, सरकार नागरिकों से निम्नलिखित विषयों पर विचार और सुझाव साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करती है:-
• खेल क्षेत्र को एक उद्योग के रूप में प्रोत्साहन
• खेल क्षेत्र शिक्षा कार्यक्रम को बढ़ावा
• खेल आधारित फर्मों को मौद्रिक सहायता
• खेल क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान एवं विकास को बढ़ावा

Games and sports are an integral part of our life. It plays an essential role in the development of the human resources of a nation. The energy and potential of youth could be channelised for productive and meaningful purposes through games and sports. Jammu and Kashmir has prioritised the promotion of games and sports among the youth.
But All panchayat and school have not their own grounds for playing . example My Panchayat Nowbugh 192202 have not any ground for playing.Soun body in a sound

Sports infrastructure is very important for develop sports activity for youth genaration.
1 All school and college have their own ground for playing sports.
2 All panchayat have their own sports field for local youth.
3 A sports committee should be formed at village level to manage sports infrastructure in their area.
4 A stadium facility should be available in all district head quarter

There should be atleast one mini play field for solo game like bedminton,bollybol and skating rink with physical trainer in every ward of urban City with proper solar panel light system.so, that every individual kids and teens age can get the chance to participate in national and international games compitition s. Being a physical education student I am closely engaged with sports ..I had studied Dped'Bped'Mped and PGD yoga but what happen! Nothing .. Almost every school in j&k have a vacant Physical education posts but no recruitment..

Sports infrastructure is very important for future of youth generation.
1 All school and college have their own ground and other sports equipment for their student.
2 Every panchayat have their own ground for sports activity
3 Local people take responsibility for maintain playing field and other needs for players.
4 All distict have national stadium for their proper training ng .coach has been appointed fof trained players.

नमस्ते मेरा नाम राकेश परते हैं हम मध्य प्रदेश के बालाघाट जिले से हैं जम्मू कश्मीर में पोस्ट को बढ़ावा के लिए हम खेल या बुनियादी ढांचा है तयार करेंगे और नहीं खेलो का विकासकरेंगे जम्मू कश्मीर के खिलाड़ी आईपीएल में भी खेलेंगे भारत की बहुत साड़ी खेल में भी खेलेंगे हम कोशिश करेंगे साल में बहुत सारे खेल जम्मू कश्मीर में भी इससे वहां की यूथ गेम के प्रति जिमदार बनाएंगे।

Sports infrastructure is a very important factor for all round development of any state.
1 All school and college have their own playing ground for their student.
2 Sports teacher should be appointed in all school and college.
3 proper training facility should be provided for players.that is sports equipment , better field , perfect coach.
4 All village have their sports field and a sports committee should be appointed for maintain field.

There must be a physical education teacher deputed in every middle school of the state in order to engage students on physical and sports activities.There must be guidelines from education department for assigning of time table for conducting such activities and one day must be fixed in a week totally for such activities.
