Sir, Many NGOs are the onus to sensitize villagers and their people on the ill effects of drug abuse and they should organize various workshops and awareness programmes in villages, schools, community halls and so on against drug addiction. NGOs and various communities are joining hands to eradicate the issue of drug addiction from the count completely. Active measures should be rolled out to fight drug abuse . It might take time, but sincere efforts never go to waste.

other states have actively rolled out strong measures to facilitate coping with addiction bringing new reforms to the future of youth. It has been the earnest endeavor of the nation to eradicate the problem of drug menace of youths towards a healthier future tomorrow. I am of the opinion that in the fight against drug addiction, various non-government bodies have to contribute their spreading awareness on the issue in every in every nook and corner of UT for Nasha Mukt J&K.

Drug menace is big problem and it feeds on the future prospects of the nation. If someone gets addiction ones, the persons eventually hits rock bottom and it then becomes very hard to pull back up again. Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan intends to reach out to the masses and spread awareness about substance abuse through various activities like: Awareness generation programmes. Focus on higher educational Institutions, university campuses and schools. Reaching out to the Community and identifying dependent population.

Youth are the best victims to the narcotics due to our social, political, psychological,economical ,environomental and cultural mismatch. To address- social- employment generation & follow up to date psychological- no inferiority complex economic- economic benefits political- own right environment- friends of brain match cultural- no bias or no differences.

Nasha Mukt- 1.- social mechanism to avoid Nasha from the state 2. It needs more and more awareness programs to be promoted in the state 3. Awareness- 1. Social education to the communities to avoid Nasha 2. Seminars and workshops wide nationally 3. Educational programs and media canvas 5. Street show and social picketing 7. Documentary films on anti-nasha etc.

We have to motivate the youth that there is no benefit of consuming drugs and by this their whole lives happiness get destroyed because they put their all money in drugs and at last the drugs damage the organs of our body and their life will came to end.
