In my view, nearly 61% of the J&K youth is addicted to drugs and the only reason behind this as far as I can see is unemployment. People are unemployed and wandering here and there to ear employment but could not find any possible way to earn money. And this leads to depression among them and that's the only reason why most and most of PPL get addicted to drugs. If we will provide more opportunities to earn employment to there unemployed youth of j&k ,then drugs consumption would be reduced.

جموں و کشمیر میں دن بہ دن نشہ بڑھتا جا رہا ہے، اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ہر تحصیل میں گائوں اور کہیں سکول کے سامنے شراب کی دکانیں کھل رہی ہیں، ہمیں اپنے معاشرے کو منشیات سے پاک بنانا ہو گا۔ دکانیں بننا ہوں گی۔ بند تاکہ بچے بری طرح متاثر نہ ہوں۔ شراب کے علاوہ اور بھی بہت سے نشہ آور چیزیں ہیں جو ہماری نوجوان نسل کو تباہ کر رہی ہیں، آئیے ہم سب مل کر عزم کریں کہ ہم منشیات نہیں کریں گے اور نہ ہی انہیں فروخت کرنے دیں گے۔

नशे पर चाहे जितना टैक्स लगा दीजिए लेकिन जो नशेड़ी लोग होते हैं वह कहीं ना कहीं से पैसों का जुगाड़ करके अपने नशा करने के लिए पैसे का जुगाड़ कर ही लेती है इसलिए यदि आपको करना ही है तो नशा बंद करिए टैक्स लगाने से या कम नहीं हो जाएगा बल्कि और भी दिक्कतें होंगी क्योंकि नशे की लत बहुत खराब होती है वह जुगाड़ बना ही लेते हैं पैसों का

जम्मू-कश्मीर के युवाओं मे तम्बाकू,अफीम,शराब,नशीली दवाओं आदि के सेवन से इन युवाओं को मानसिक व शारीरिक कमजोरी आती है जिससे सामाजिक सम्बन्धो मे भी गिरावट आती है। राजस्थान सरकार की तरह नशा मुक्ति कार्य क्रम नया सवेरा का विकल्प जम्मू-कश्मीर मे भी लागू करना चाहिए व नशामुक्ति हेतु नवजीवन कोष स्थापित करके युवाओं को कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रारम्भ कर रोजगार देना तथा जरूरत पडे तो जम्मू-कश्मीर विधानसभा नशा मुक्ति अधिनियम भीएक्ट बनाना चाहिए।

हमारे जागरूक करने पर भी कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता जबतक नशा सरकार द्वारा बंद नही हो सकता। इसलिए नशे पर प्रतिबंध लगना चाहिए।

जम्मू कश्मीर में दिन व दिन नशा बढ़ रहा है इसका कारण ये है कि हर तहसील में गांव में शराब की दुकाने खुल रही है और कहीं कहीं तो स्कूल के सामने ही शराब की दुकाने है, हमे अपने समाज को नशा मुक्त करना है तो नशे की दुकाने बंद करनी होगी ताकि बच्चों पर बुरा असर ना हो । शराब के अलावा और भी बहुत सारे नशे है जो हमारी युवा पीढ़ी को खत्म कर रहे हैं आओ हम सब मिलकर संकल्प करें कि हम नशा ना करेंगे ना बेचने देंगे।

नशा शरीर को नास कर देता है।हमारी युवा पीढ़ी को ड्रग्स स्मैक, हेरोइन आदि नशों से बचाने के लिये लोगो को जागरूक होकर इनके कारोबारियों के कारोबार को खत्म करने के लिये सरकार से सम्पर्क और अधिकारियों को अभियान चलाकर नशे के कारोबारियों को पकड़ना चाहिये।सारा देश नशामुक्त होना चाहिये।
