प्रातः काल या भ्रमण के समय प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को रास्ते मे पड़ी प्लास्टिक की बोतलों को उठाकर एक सरकार द्वारा नियत स्थान पर डाल देना चाहिये।सरकार को सबसे पहले कुछ स्थानों को चिंहितौर बोर्ड लगाना होगा जहाँ लोग प्लास्टिक की बोतलें या अन्य प्लास्टिक के पदार्थ जो रास्ते मे लोगो को मिले उठाकर उन्हें एक जगह दाल दे।जहाँ से उनको हर हफ्ते उठाने की व्यवस्था की जाए।प्रधानमंत्री ने लोगो से सुबह टहलने के समय प्लास्टिक के सामानों को रास्ते मे जो चीजे मिले।उन्हें उठाकर

The government will first have to mark some places where people can use plastic bottles or other plastic items which are on the way. Pick up the people I found and give them pulses at a place.
